Shoes - Custom Made and-or Orthopaedic Category
At The Athletes Foot, we choose the shoe that’s right for you. Here’s some free advice on how we do it.
What to look for in a shoe:
The shoe should allow for the elongation and spreading of the foot during activity.
The shoe should not place pressure on the toes or allow excessive movement of the foot within the front of the shoe.
This is particularly important for those needing to accommodate an orthotic insert.
The shoe’s heel width should suit your heel width. Again, if you wear orthoses, extra width may be needed.
When walking, there should be no heel slippage.
Let us take your needs into consideration and find the running, walking, or wearing shoe that’s right for you. Servicing Mount Gambier, the South East and he Limestone Coast.
