Our wet area is perfect for that alternative exercise session or just relaxing after a solid workout, a busy week, or to escape life’s pressures.
The indoor heated pool is ideal for exercise as the buoyancy of water removes the impact from your joints, while the warm water promotes improved blood circulation and provides a variable resistance for improving strength and endurance.
Take some time out for yourself, by relaxing in our heated spa. Be massaged by the water jets and soothed by rising air bubbles as you leave your thoughts behind.
Sweat it out in the Western Red Cedar Sauna. Relax and give your skin a thorough cleanse, just take a towel to sit on and some water to ensure you stay well hydrated. As the sauna is a very hot environment, it is important that you have a break at least every ten minutes.
Please note that all Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and directly supervised in the Pool Area by an adult.
